The administrator can manage the central voice configuration with these
menus. There are many additional supplementary service settings for each
extension.
Call Statistics
To find out who called whom at which time - the call statistics give a
complete overview.
SIP Settings
For SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), the preferred protocol for VoIP (Voice
over IP, Internet telephony), certain system-wide settings can be made in this
menu.
RTP Settings
The RTP (Real Time Protocol) processes the data transport for VoIP voice data.
Different code types can be used to achieve less or better quality and data
rates. The preferences for this are defined in this menu.
NAT Traversal Settings Page is used to configure the SIP and RTP parameters for the NAT traversal, to define the STUN settings and to manage the NAT Exclusion table.
Line Settings
The line settings are used to define the caller ID detection type and other line specific settings on the FXS line, to configure the IP Lines and to enable the Loopback diagnostics.
FXO
Settings Use this item to enable and configure the FXO port if you want to
connect QX1000 to a phone line. Option is actual when FXO interface is activated.
ISDN Settings
The ISDN service allows QX1000 to be connected to a CO (Central Office) via ISDN lines. The ISDN Trunk Settings page is used to configure the ISDN trunk and its signaling. Option is actual when ISDN interface is activated.
External PSTN Gateways
Sharing mode allows Quadro IP PBX to use the PSTN lines (FXO lines and/or ISDN trunks) on the QX1000 gateways (QuadroFXO and/or QuadroISDN).
Gain Control
The Gain Control settings are used to define transmit and receive gains.
SIP Tunnel Settings The SIP Tunnel Settings page is used to enable the Quadro as a slave or master device for SIP tunneling.
Call Routing The Call Routing Settings are used to create routing patterns for call routing within Quadro Network. Call Routing table can be configured herein.
VoIP Career Wizard The VoIP Career Wizard is used to define access codes for available VoIP Carrier accounts.
Radius Client Settings
The Radius Client Settings are used to define Radius client's configuration parameters and to register Quadro on the RADIUS server.
Voice Mail Common Settings
Voice Mail Common Settings are used to configure the Voice Mail recording codec along with few voicemail to email sending parameters.
Dial Timeout The page is used to adjust the dialing timeout for the outgoing calls on the Quadro.
3PCC Settings Settings
The 3PCC Settings are used to adjust the third party call controlling settings.
RTP Streaming Channel
The RTP Streaming Channels page is used to configure channels where the broadcast RTP streams are transmitted. These channels may be then configured to be used as hold music (see Basic Services - Hold Music Settings) or any other type of music played to the caller.
Call Recording
The Call Recording is used to record PBX, SIP or PSTN calls on the Quadro and store the recorded calls either in the local Recording Box or upload them to the remote server.
Class of Service
The Class of Service feature provides the ability to set restrictions on the call routing rules for each extension.
