The Emergency Interrupt service is used to interrupt active calls in case of emergency. With this service activated, the call from the defined caller will take priority over the existing call and will interrupt it. Once interrupted, the priority call will ring on the phone.
Note: This service is only working on IP phones. Depending on the IP phone model, interruption and new call arrival during off hook may be different.
