The table Lines Status displays the line status of the extension(s) on the QX1000.
It shows only the information for one of the lines at a time. To navigate through the other lines' information select
the link with the appropriate line number on the top of the page.
Extension - Extension number corresponding to this phone.
Display Name - Display name of the extension.
Phone State - Phone state (On-Hook, Off-Hook) of the extension.
Number of Active Calls - Number of active calls for this phone.
If there are active calls the corresponding parameters will be displayed below:
State - the current state of the extension (in voice mail, in call, waiting, busy, call out, ring in etc.).
Caller Party - this parameter appears where a call is received and indicates the caller extension, the IP address or a phone number depending on type of call.
Called Party - this parameter appears when a call is placed and indicates the destination extension, the IP address or a phone number depending on type of call.
Call Type - shows whether the call is Internal or External and whether it is a PSTN call, PBX call or IP call.
Call Start Time - call start date and time.
Call Duration - current call duration.
RX Codec and TX Codec - shows the codec used to encrypt the incoming/outgoing packets. If RX and TX codecs are the same, only one Codec field will be displayed.
For registered IP lines, the following dynamical parameters also appear on this page:
Username - shows the IP phone's client name registered on the QX1000.
Last Registered - shows the date and time, the corresponding IP phone has been last registered on the QX1000.
Expires In - shows when the last registration of the IP phone will expire.
Binding IP Address - shows the IP address of the IP phone within the QX1000's LAN network.
The list of supplementary services provides the following additional status information for
each telephone line: Enabled or Disabled (for SIP registration service an additional state
appears: processing). For Incoming and Outgoing Call Blocking, Speed Calling,
Hiding Caller Info, Voice Mailbox and Group List services, the number of
Entries will be displayed in the corresponding service table.

This allows administrator to view the status and to be notified about services running on
QX1000 for every line. The services are designed as links that guide the administrator to
the corresponding service page of the selected user.

Speed Calling -
short cut numbers for quick calling.
Auroredial
- automatic redialing service if the called party is
currently busy or unavailable.
Unconditional
Forwarding - allows to unconditionally transfer different incoming calls to varying
extensions.
No Answer
Forwarding - allows to transfer different incoming calls to varying
extensions if the called extension does not answer.
Busy
Forwarding - allows to transfer different incoming calls to varying
extensions if the called extension is busy.
Unregistered/Inaccessible Forwarding - allows
transfer different incoming calls to varying extensions if the called IP phone is not
registered on the QX1000 or when it is unreachable.
Many Extensions Ringing - allows that incoming calls from certain
specified callers will cause parallel ringing on several extensions.
Call Hunting
- allows defining consecutive ringing on several extensions for incoming
calls from certain specified callers.
Distinctive Ringing - allows assigning different ringing patterns to
individual callers.
Find Me/Follow Me
- allows to configure simultaneously or subsequently ringing destinations on the incoming call
from the certain caller.
Intercom Service - used to call an extension by forcing it to go off-hook and opening two-way communication.
Voice Mail Service
- indicates if extension's voice mail service is enabled or disabled for the extension, and when enabled, indicates whether internal or external voice mailbox is used.
Hold Music
- defines the hold music played in case of being on hold or putting a remote party
on hold.
Call
Waiting - informing during an ongoing call about another incoming
call.
SIP
Registration - provides information about the extension registration
on a SIP server that is needed to receive external SIP calls.
Call Queue
- allows to keep multiple incoming calls in the queue when being on the line and to answer calls in the order they have been received.
Hiding Caller Info - allows to suppress the transmission of QX1000's user information depending on the called destinations.
Voice Mailbox - provides a possibility of leaving brief voice messages at the mailbox of an unavailable or busy QX1000 extension.
Do Not Disturb
- allows to disable the phone ringer (for some period or forever).
Group List
- allows to define Groups with the certain addresses inside.
Emergency Interrupt
- allows to interrupt the active calls in case of emergency.
The Memory Status page provides
information about the total, free and used memory on the QX1000.
The Memory Size field indicates the total available space on the QX1000,
expressed in the hours, minutes and seconds according to the selected recording codec.
The Memory Status table includes the following information that may be sorted in ascending or
descending order clicking the columns' headlines:
User Space for Extension -
the column lists all extensions and clicking on them opens the page Extensions Management - General Settings where the Extension Settings, the SIP Settings and the Memory Allocation of the selected
extension can be modified.
Voice Mailbox - the column shows the space for the voice mailbox referring to every extension listed in
the table.
System Messages - the column displays the space for system greetings available for the corresponding
extension
Free Space - shows the total free space referring to the corresponding extension.
Total Space - shows all space, the sum of already assigned and still free space.
System Memory row indicates the space occupied by the universal extension recordings. Link refers to the Upload Universal Extension Recordings page where universal extension system messages may be uploaded.
Call Statistics field displays the number of records in Call Statistics table and links to it.
The Conference Memory Status shows total memory space (counted in minutes/seconds) available on the QX1000.

Total Space for the corresponding conference extension may be altered.
The Hardware Status table includes a list of hardware
devices and parts present and currently available on the QX1000. Also, the hardware device
version number and additional comments about its state are displayed here.
The SIP
Registration Status table includes the following information that may be
sorted in ascending or descending order clicking the columns' headlines:
Extension - the two-digit number of the extensions on the
QX1000. The extension numbers are created as links that lead to the page
Edit Extension where the details about the H323 gatekeeper registration of the correspondent extension can be found.
Reg. Name - the registration name used on the SIP server.
Server - the name of the SIP server, where the correspondent
extension is registered.
Registered - this column has to display the value Yes.Not registered extension can't be part of this table.
Registration Time - time of registration. The values in this column
will be refreshed automatically from time to time.
Detected Connection Type field displays the connection type QX1000 currently acts in (direct connection or behind NAT). In case of acting behind NAT, NAT machine IP address is also displayed herein.
The Registered IP Lines table lists the IP lines and
remote extensions registered on the QX1000. The
table indicates the actual IP addresses of the remote devices,
the usernames by which the devices have been registered on the
QX1000, as well as the registration status information.
The SIP Tunnels to Slave Devices and SIP Tunnels to
Master Devices tables list the
SIP
tunnels between local and the remote QX1000.

local QX1000 acts as a master. The SIP Tunnels to Master
Devices table lists those tunnels where local QX1000 acts
as a slave.
The Registered IP Lines table lists the IP lines and remote extensions registered on the QX1000,
The table indicates the actual IP addresses of the remote devices, the usernames by which the devices have been registered on the QX1000, as well as the registration status information.
Subscription Count field indicates used and allowed number of subscriptions for all IP phones registered on the QX1000.
Subscriptions are events originated by IP phones when watching other extensions
on the QX1000 and when monitoring voice mailbox for new received voice mails.
When the allowed number of subscriptions is reached, no new subscriptions are possible.
Typically the number of subscription should be keep reasonably below the maximum allowed number,
to avoid losing subscriptions. Thus, in case the actual subscription number is close to the limit,
configuration of IP phones should be adjusted to decrease the number of total subscriptions on
the QX1000.
Used Subscription Distribution field indicates IP phone's subscriptions distribution among BLF (Busy Lamp Field) subscriptions, which are used for watching extensions
and MWI (Message Waiting Indication) subscriptions, which are used for voice mailbox status indication on the phone.
The License Status page displays a table with all available licenses on the
QX1000 and the corresponding settings for each license.
(Currently only QCM, iQall and Pro/Basic level DCC licenses are displayed.) The table includes the following information that may be sorted in ascending or descending order
clicking the columns' headlines:
Type indicates the type of the license available on the QX1000.
Count indicates the number of the corresponding licenses available on the QX1000.
In Use indicates the number of used licensed from the total available licenses.
Extension lists the extensions that are using the corresponding license. Links in this column move to the corresponding service configuration page for the extension.
