• Extensions Management
  Quadro offers several telephone lines. The Extensions Management table allows you to assign extensions to telephone users and to specify the corresponding attached line.
• Receptionist Management
  Page is used to configure receptionists on the Quadro and setup the receptionist's IP phone.
• Extensions Directory
  Extensions Directory is used to configure a list of nicknames used for the Extensions Directory service and to attach them to the extensions available on the Quadro.
• Authorized Phones Database
  Authorized Phones Database lists trusted external phones.
• ACD Management
  Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Management allows to configure ACD groups and agent settings.
