Group List Help

Group List allows to define Groups with the specified addresses inside. The Group List is used to send or forward voice messages (see Feature Codes) to the number of addresses at once. Groups may consist of a variety of PBX and SIP addresses.

Group List page consists of a table, where all defined Group Keys and the corresponding addresses are listed. Press on a link in the Addresses column to access the Address List for the Group page and to modify the addresses of the corresponding group. If Group has no addresses included "no address is available" will be displayed in the Addresses column.

Following functional links are present on the page:

• Add functional button opens the Group List - Add Entry page that consists of two text fields used for defining a new Group Key and a Group Name (optionally).
  Note: Groups with the keys equal to extension numbers on Quadro have higher priority and will be applied when sending or forwarding a voice message to the corresponding destination.

• Edit opens the Group List - Edit Entry page where the Group Key can be modified.
• Delete removes the selected group(s) from the Group List table.
• Select all checks all existing groups in the table.
• Inverse selection inverses the current selection (if no records are selected, clicking on inverse selection will check all records).
