There are two different
types of system users defined. The administrator may change the more important
system settings. If you are logged in as auser, you get the Extension Settings page displayed with the Voice Mailbox as a startup. You may manage your voice mails directly after the login. Additionally, you have the following options:
Voice Mail
Gives you access to your mailbox and allows to configure your mailbox
as well as Group List settings.
Your Extension Here you can modify the settings of your own extension, e.g. statistics
and reporting of the calls, quick dialing, registration at a SIP server and
the account information.
Supplementary Services
Allows to configure a set of telephony supplementary services (call redirection, call security, etc.), setup Do Not Distrub, Hold music, Autoredial, Call Waiting and Hotline settings.
Logout
This option is used to close the session between the user PC and Quadro and to leave the Quadro Web Management or to enter the management with another login. By selecting the link Web Management, the startup page will be displayed and the user needs to login again.
