Address List for the Group Help

The Address List for the Group page is used to define the list of addresses for the corresponding group. Page contains a table of addresses and a number of functional links to add, edit and delete the addresses from the table.

• Add functional button opens the Address List for the Group - Add Entry page where new address may be defined for the corresponding group. Page consists of the following components:

  • Call Type drop down list gives a possibility to select routing call possible type (PBX, SIP or Auto).
  • Address text field is used to define the address ought to be included in the group. Value in this field is strictly dependent on the Call Type defined in the same named drop down list. If PBX call type is selected, Quadro extension number should be defined in this field. For SIP call type, SIP address should be defined. The SIP-Clipboard button at the end of the line can be used only when SIP is selected in the Call Type drop down list. It opens a small window where one of the previously entered 10 SIP addresses can be automatically selected again. Auto call type is used for undefined call types, in this case destination (independent on whether it is a PBX number or SIP address) will be reached through Routing.
• Edit opens the Address List for the Group - Edit Entry page where the group address can be modified.
• Delete removes the selected address(es) from the Addresses table.
• Select all checks all existing addresses in the table.
• Inverse selection inverses the current selection (if no records are selected, clicking on inverse selection will check all records).
