There are three different types of GUI users defined. The administrator may configure the Quadro network and system settings, create call conferences. Moderator is able to adjust the certain conference specific settings. Participant is only able to view the certain conference specific settings. If you are logged in as a Moderator, you have the following options:
Conference
Gives you access to the Conference Statistics and Conference Recording box, allows to activate the conference and view the already active conference, as well as to send notification emails to the conference participants.
Conference Properties
Here you can modify the general settings of the certain conference, define the conference participants, configure SIP Registration and Scheduling Settings, create conference reservation, manage system messages, etc.
Logout
This option is used to close the session between the user PC and the Quadro and to leave the Quadro Web Management or to enter the management with another login. By selecting the link Web Management, the startup page will be displayed and the user needs to login again.
