How to Create a Conference
- Press the Add button on the Conferences page. The Conference Wizard appears in the browser window.
- Choose Conference from the Type drop down list.
- Press Next to move forward to the second page of the Conference Wizard.
- Enter the desired conference number in the Conference ID text field.
- Define the conference Subject and Description in the corresponding text fields if needed.
- Define the Moderator and Participant Passwords and confirm them.
- Define the conference Max. Duration in the corresponding text field.
- Choose a Percentage of System Memory for the corresponding conference recordings.
- Enable Routing Mode, if needed.
- Toggle Leave Active checkbox for the conference to remain active even when all participants have left.
- Press Next to move to the conference SIP Registration Settings page.
- Provide the Registration Username in the same named text field.
- Provide the Registration Password and confirm it in the corresponding text fields.
- Define the Registration SIP Server and Registration SIP Port in the corresponding text fields.
- Enable Registration on SIP Server, if needed.
- Press Finish to create a conference with the defined settings.
How to Create a Conference

- Press Next to move forward to the second page of the Conference Wizard.
- Define the attendant Description in the corresponding text field if needed.
- Choose a Percentage of System Memory for the attendant scenario and custom voice prompts.
- Press Next to move to the attendant SIP Registration Settings page.
- Provide the Registration Username in the same named text field.
- Provide the Registration Password and confirm it in the corresponding text fields.
- Define the Registration SIP Server and Registration SIP Port in the corresponding text fields.
- Enable Registration on SIP Server, if needed.
- Press Finish to create an attendant with the defined settings.
