The ISDN Trunk Status page provides information about the state of the selected trunk. The following
information is displayed in this page:
Link - ISDN link state: up or down.
Frame Synchronization - signal synchronization state of the trunk: Yes or No.
HDLC Receive - packets received in HDLC (High-level Data Link Control) format.
HDLC CRC Error - packets received with CRC (Cyclical Redundancy Check) errors.
HDLC Packet Abort - aborted packets received.
HDLC Transmit - packets transmitted in HDLC format.
HDLC Octet Count - error packets received in HDLC format.
The following ISDN BRI Layer 2 statistics are displayed for received and transmitted packets:
TEI value - the actual TEI value.
L2 State - the actual BRI L2 state.
Information Frame - signaling packets for call initiation and termination.
Receive Ready - controlling packets while the ISDN link is up.
Receive Not Ready - controlling packets in case of inability to accept calls by a destination.
SABME - packets during connection establishment.
Disconnected Mode - packets when the connection is being disconnected.
Disconnect - packets during connection termination.
Unnumbered Acknowledgement - packets during accepting connection establishment/termination.
Framer - packets as a report of an error condition.
TEI Request - packets containing TEI(Terminal Endpoint Identifier) to initiate the subscription of the device
in the network.
Unnumbered Information Frame - broadcast signaling packets received for call initiation and termination.
Exchange Identification - received packets containing connection management settings.
The ISDN BRI Layer 2 Errors statistics:
Incorrect Length - packets with incorrect length.
Bad Supervisory Frame - packets with incorrect supervisory header.
Bad Unnumbered Information Frame - packets with incorrect unnumbered information frame header.
Bad Frame Type - packets with a wrong frame type.
Bad Unnumbered Frame - packets with incorrect unnumbered acknowledgement frame header.
Foreign TEI Value - packets with a bad or foreign TEI (Terminal Endpoint Identifier) value.
The ISDN BRI Layer 3 statistics:
Active Calls - currently active calls on the selected trunk.
Outgoing Calls - total outgoing calls on the selected trunk.
Incoming Calls - total incoming calls on the selected trunk.
ISDN trunk statistics is not displayed on this page at first, but the page will be automatically refreshed
every 10 minutes. The statistics collected since that time and the last resetting of the counter will be displayed here. System Uptime, Current System Time and Last Time Cleared (last time ISDN statistics has been cleared) are displayed at the bottom of the page.
To reset the statistics counters press the Clear button.
