There are two different types of system users defined. The administrator may change the more important system settings. If you are logged in as an administrator, the page Quadro Management is displayed with a table of Active Calls (including information about call peers, call duration and start time) at the startup. The number of total active calls is displayed above the table. The button Terminate next to each active call is used to terminate the corresponding call.

The Install Checklist option in the Main Menu opens a page that lists the most useful actions and the corresponding hyperlinks for the QX200's initial setup and configuration procedure. From this page you can be linked to the appropriate pages where the corresponding configuration can be done. Here, you can also save your progress of QX200's setup by selecting the corresponding action's checkbox and pressing Save.

Additionally, you have the following options:

System
Allows to manage settings directly related to the device, such as network addresses, applications running, time, etc.
Users
Allows to manage the administrator's password and the accounts for all extension users. While managing the extension accounts, all settings that an extension user can do may be configured as well.
Conferences
Allows to create and manage the conferences. Please note that this menu is available if the Conference Server and/or the Instant Conferencing feature is activated on the system.
Telephony
Allows to manage the system-wide configuration for telephony services, which are not extension-dependent.
Internet Uplink
Allows to manage settings concerning the WAN-side connection of the device to the outside world as well as system security controls (firewall, filtering rules and IDS log configuration).
Network
Allows to configure the networking services that the device provides for the attached LAN, such as DHCP and DNS.
Logout
This option is used to close the session between the user PC and QX200 and to leave the QX200 Web Management or to enter the management with another login. By selecting the link Web Management, the startup page will be displayed and the user needs to login again.

The following buttons may additionally occur:

Renew WAN IP Address will be displayed, if the Quadro performs as a DHCP client and gets its WAN IP address automatically.

Please Check Your Pending Events will be displayed, if new system events occur. The link also leads to the System Events page, where details for system events are listed.

Establish Your Internet Connection Now and Terminate Your Internet Connection Now buttons occur, if PPPoE is configured as a WAN interface protocol from the Internet Configuration Wizard and if the Dial Manually feature is selected additionally on the PPP/PPTP Settings page.

The list of Users currently logged into the system is seen in the lower right corner of the Administrator's Main Menu. Information about IP address user accessed QX200 GUI from, the username logged in and the time until the next automatic logout is also seen here. The current version of the QX200's firmware and of its boot loader is also available here. The idle session timeout is set at twenty (20) minutes. If no action is performed within twenty (20) minutes, the user will be automatically moved to the Login page and will be requested to login again.

The link Refresh in occurs in the lower right corner beside the field displaying the number of seconds remaining until the next refresh and it is used to perform a manual reload of the page. If a page with a Refresh counter is left opened, the session time-out counter will periodically be updated and the logout time will never expire.
